MAISON MAISON IS MOVING!
Known as one of Houston’s premier antiques and home furnishings venues, Maison Maison is moving from their Westheimer location to 2922 Virginia Street (previously occupied by Jane Moore Interiors). The new store is located in the River Oaks area and will open on February 15 - today!
“This space has great energy. We want our clients to feel at home when they walk in the door,” said Suzanne Duin, owner of of Maison Maison.
The new shop will reflect Duin’s great flair and style, filling it with hand selected European antiques, home accessories and antique textile pillows. It’s an intimate space showcasing many special pieces from Duin’s travels and will surely make loyal clientele feel that sense of home that Maison Maison hopes to accomplish.
“When I’m on a buying trip, I keep my client’s shopping list with me so I can find them that special one-of-a kind treasure,” says Duin. “My goal is to make my clients dreams become a reality— it’s the ultimate reward for me.” Based upon the solid relationships Duin has created with her clients over the years, they have called upon her repeatedly to provide expertise on numerous projects from their vacation homes to yachts to corporate offices.
Since 1996, Maison Maison owner and AISD member Duin has provided interior design services to her customers. Several of her design works have been seen on the Houston Azalea Trail and Pink Ribbon House as well as published in Beautiful Homes, Martha Stewart Living, Country Homes, Kitchen & Bath Ideas and numerous other national publications.
